Unlike conventional portable buildings, a Roller Room does not require a tilt-tray or tow truck every time it needs to be relocated. As a road-registered trailer, it can be towed by a suitable vehicle with the required towing capacity, towbar and electric-brake controller.

Inside, you’ll find an impressive open space measuring approximately 3,550 mm long, 2,340 mm wide and 2,100 mm high—giving you plenty of room for beds, wardrobes, desks, shelving and workbenches.

A wide G.James aluminium sliding door provides easy access for furniture and equipment, avoiding the narrow entry commonly found on conventional caravans and RVs.

The insulated construction, reverse-cycle air conditioning, security screens and blackout roller blinds help create a comfortable and practical space throughout the year.

Towing Requirements

The towing vehicle must have:

• A towing capacity of at least 1,600 kg, or greater if required for the trailer’s actual loaded mass
• A towbar and coupling with suitable ratings
• A compatible electric-brake controller
• A compatible trailer electrical connection

Always confirm the towing limits of the vehicle, towbar and coupling before towing. The trailer must not be loaded beyond its certified ATM, tyre capacities, axle capacity or other component ratings.
